This website is operated by A&L Systems Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16233184). Our registered office is 29 Reed Pond Walk, Romford, Essex, RM2 5PH.

2. What data we collect
When you submit our contact / consultation form we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name and role
- Your email address and (optionally) phone number
- Project name, project stage and the details of your enquiry
- Any files, drawings or specifications you choose to share
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the specification support you requested
- Send drawings, datasheets, samples or quotations
- Maintain internal records of project enquiries and correspondence
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have sent us) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including:
- Our website and database hosting providers
- Our email provider, used to send and receive correspondence
These providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data. We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to service the project and to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations — typically up to seven years from the last contact. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data, where we no longer need it
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
