SEAM and REVEAL profiles are available in five standard widths: 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm. Each width is extruded to consistent tolerances, so the spec you draw is the product that arrives on site.

Producing aluminium from virgin ore is one of the most carbon-intensive processes in construction. Our profiles are made from 100% recycled aluminium content, which significantly reduces embodied carbon compared with both virgin extrusion and folded sheet. Folded sheet is a cut-and-bend process — it generates material waste, produces less precise geometry, and is inherently weaker at the fold line. Both. We supply direct to ceiling contractors following specification, and we work through main contractors and design-and-build companies where that suits the procurement route. The specification and pre-coordination support is the same regardless of how the order is placed.
